How accurate is the AI?
Very. It reads vendor, date, cost, mileage and the work performed from the receipt, and files under the right car. Low-confidence fields are flagged on the confirm screen so you can fix them in a tap. If a receipt truly can't be read, you get manual entry with the image attached, never a dead end.
Do I have to use the camera?
No. Forward receipts from your inbox, upload screenshots and PDFs, or give your personal @in.autorecords.ai address to your shop and let them send invoices straight in. Camera is there for the shoebox and the occasional paper receipt.
I already keep a spreadsheet. Does that work?
Yes. Import it and AutoRecords maps the columns, previews your entire history and files it. A decade of records becomes searchable in about a minute.
What if I have more than one car?
Free covers one vehicle. Pro covers the whole garage, with side-by-side cost and vendor totals across all of them.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep viewing and exporting every record, forever. Filing beyond the free caps, extra vehicles and sharing need an active subscription, but your data is never held hostage.
Can I share the history with a buyer?
Yes. One tap creates a link to a clean maintenance history with your personal details redacted from every receipt. Choose whether to show amounts, set an expiry, and revoke it any time.
